個人情報保護方針（Privacy Policy）

Esperanza Consulting Group（以下、「当グループ」）は、高度な専門知識を要するコンサルティング業務、税務、および会計サービスの提供にあたり、お客様の個人情報を適切に保護することが社会的責務であると認識し、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 個人情報の適正な取得

当グループは、業務遂行上必要な範囲内で、適法かつ公正な手段によって個人情報を取得します。

2. 利用目的の特定

お預かりした個人情報は、お問い合わせへの回答、コンサルティングサービスの提供、および関連する契約の履行にのみ利用し、目的外利用は行いません。

3. 第三者提供の制限

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の事前の同意なく個人情報を第三者に開示・提供することはありません。

4. 安全管理措置

個人情報の漏洩、滅失、または毀損を防止するため、厳格な情報セキュリティ対策を講じ、適切に管理いたします。

お預かりした資料は、Google LLC（米国）が提供するクラウドサービス（Google Drive）に保存します。保存先のサーバの所在国は同社が決めるため特定できません（候補は同社が公表するデータセンターの所在国です：https://datacenters.google/locations/）。当方は、米国等の個人情報保護制度を確認したうえで、閲覧できる者を当方の担当者に限り、二段階認証を設定して管理しています。個人番号（マイナンバー）はこのサービスでは受け取りません。

5. 法令・規範の遵守

個人情報保護法をはじめとする日本の関連法令、および国際的なプライバシー保護基準を遵守します。

6. 開示・訂正・削除への対応

お客様ご本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、削除を求められた場合には、合理的な範囲内で速やかに対応いたします。

7. 継続的な改善

社会情勢や技術動向の変化に応じ、本ポリシーを含む個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを継続的に見直し、改善を図ります。

Privacy Policy (English)

Esperanza Consulting Group (the "Group") recognises that protecting our clients' personal information is a social responsibility in providing consulting, tax and accounting services that require specialised knowledge, and sets out this privacy policy as follows.

  1. Proper collection. The Group collects personal information only to the extent necessary for its work, by lawful and fair means.
  2. Purpose of use. Personal information entrusted to us is used only to respond to enquiries, to provide consulting services and to perform related contracts, and is not used for any other purpose.
  3. Disclosure to third parties. Except where required by law, we do not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned.
  4. Security. We take strict information security measures and manage personal information properly to prevent leakage, loss or damage. Documents you send us are stored in Google Drive, a cloud service provided by Google LLC (United States). We cannot name the country of the servers, because Google decides where data is stored; the candidates are the countries listed at https://datacenters.google/locations/. We have checked the data protection rules of the United States and other relevant countries, and access is limited to authorised persons at our office, with two-step verification. We do not accept your Individual Number (My Number) through this service.
  5. Compliance. We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant Japanese laws, and with international privacy standards.
  6. Access, correction and deletion. When a client asks us to disclose, correct or delete their personal information, we respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
  7. Continuous improvement. We review and improve our personal information management, including this policy, in response to changes in society and technology.

If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
